In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead Team Leaders and warehouse staff, and ensure that performance, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

About the Role:

• Position: Warehouse Supervisor

• Location: Den Hoorn, the Netherlands

• Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 40 hours per week

• Shift Times: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.

• Lead, support, and coach Team Leaders and warehouse employees.

• Monitor operational performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Analyze operational results and implement process improvements.

• Manage staffing levels and assist with workforce planning.

• Conduct performance discussions and support employee development.

• Resolve operational issues and escalate where necessary.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.

What You Bring:

• Language Skills: Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and develop employees.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.

• Computer Skills: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.

• Problem Solving: Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.

• Flexibility: Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

• A proactive mindset and a positive attitude!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing Team Leaders or large warehouse teams.

• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and operational planning.

• Experience with performance management and KPI reporting.

• Forklift, Reach Truck, or EPT certification is considered an advantage.
