Coordinator Control Tower

We're looking for a dynamic Logistics Coordinator Control Tower to join our team in Waddinxveen! 🚀 If you're passionate about keeping things moving smoothly and have a knack for organization, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role:

• Position: Back-office employee
• Schedule: Fixed schedule, Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 daily, for a total of 40 hours per week.
• Start Date: July 1, 2026
• Rate: €17.03 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and manage logistics operations from our control tower.
• Ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor shipments and resolve any issues that arise.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our supply chain.

What We're Looking For:

• Skills:
• Fluent in English (Advanced level 🗣️)
• Proficient in Polish (Advanced level 🇵🇱)
• Excellent Communication skills (Advanced level 💬)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
