About the Role:

• Position: Team Leader

• Location: Den Hoorn, the Netherlands

• Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 40 hours per week

• Shift Times: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30

What You'll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse employees.

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and allocate tasks effectively.

• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance.

• Ensure daily targets and customer requirements are achieved.

• Train, coach, and develop team members.

• Identify process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

What You Bring:

• Language Skills: Good English communication skills.

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team.

• Problem Solving: Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

• Flexibility: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
