Terms of Service
These terms apply to the use of the Cruits website, platform, and related services. Cruits is currently operated as a label under Charlie Works B.V. in the Netherlands.

1. Scope and Acceptance
By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.
2. Our Services
Cruits provides digital recruitment and matching services, including communication features, application workflows, and related support functions.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for proper use of your account.
- You provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You keep credentials confidential and report unauthorized use immediately.
- Our services are not intended for children.
4. Acceptable Use
You must use our services carefully and lawfully.
- You comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
- You do not interfere with platform operation, security, or availability.
- You do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
5. Third-Party Services and Integrations
We use third-party services for parts of our operations, including VictoriaID, MySolution, Sentry, and JobMojito. Use of such services may also be subject to those providers' terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the platform, website, and content (such as text, design, software, and trademarks) belong to Cruits and/or its licensors, unless stated otherwise.
7. Availability
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates, or incidents may affect access and use.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cruits is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid in the relevant case by our liability insurer, or if no such payment is made, to a reasonable and appropriate amount.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services in case of misuse, violation of these terms, or legal necessity.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page. Where appropriate, we will notify users of material changes.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
